We are a private investment firm that proudly embodies an entrepreneurial spirit. Our beneficial owner resides in Switzerland, while our holding company is operated out of Luxembourg.

As a team, we possess vast experience in transforming great ideas into thriving, profitable businesses from both an owner and an operational perspective. Ergo, we have a profound understanding of both entrepreneurship and financial markets. Our approach entails utilizing our strategic holdings and leveraging knowledge from our network to benefit and support the companies we invest in, particularly in areas such as financing, technology, organization, and market positioning. Our aim, thus, is to ensure synergy between our strategic holdings and knowledge to support the companies we invest in, to the best of our ability.

As an investment firm, we operate with a long-term investment horizon. Over the past twenty years, we have been active owners of numerous companies with both broad and limited presence. This experience has enabled us to establish ourselves as a trusted partner to many talented individuals and companies. While long-term investments are a core part of our portfolio, we apply shorter-to-midterm opportunistic investment approaches to part of our assets where deemed fit.

Investments & Approach

Our investments mainly target Europe, and our broad mandate and successful long-term track record allow us to invest across asset classes and a wide range of opportunities. For example, we directly support listed and private companies and back a range of exceptional equity investment managers and private equity funds. We are also active in developing real estate projects within the area of residental as well as commercials.

We work closely with management to develop profitable growth within our strategic holdings. Our focus is on identifying true value and providing patient capital, and we recognize that partnerships between management and owners are essential for achieving profitable growth. Our activities and investments are primarily centered in Europe.

In addition to our strategic holdings, we conduct asset management through minority capital placements in equity, bonds, listed and private funds, structured solutions, derivatives, capital guarantees, and subscription commitments. We have partnered with reputable and trustworthy banks and fund managers to ensure the best outcomes.
